About B2B Fees
We help small businesses see what a vendor will really cost them over a year, before they sign up.
What this site is
Vendor price pages show a starting number. The bill is usually bigger: setup charges, extra users, card fees, usage limits, and add-ons you need on day one. B2B Fees puts the whole yearly cost next to each option, at the size of business you run, so you can compare like with like.
Who runs it
B2B Fees is run by SyncSpark Solutions Inc. in Richmond, British Columbia. Ian Chang is the founder and writes the comparisons. SyncSpark also builds websites that help local businesses get found and contacted, at syncspark.ca.
What we are not
We are not accountants, lawyers or financial advisors. We compare what vendors publish and what we can check ourselves. We do not give tax, legal or financial advice, and a comparison here is not a recommendation to sign anything.
What we promise
- Every number shows where it came from and the date we checked it. How we check prices.
- We say who each option is not for, and what we could not verify.
- Payment from a vendor never changes order, picks or numbers. How we are paid.
- We test vendors ourselves where we can. How we test.
We promise a method, not a result: we cannot promise what a vendor will charge next month, and we do not control what any search engine or AI assistant shows.
