How B2B Fees checks prices
A price is only useful if you can see where it came from, when we looked, and what it leaves out.
Where a price comes from
Every price comes from the vendor's own pricing page, help centre or contract terms, and we link that page beside the number. If a vendor does not publish a price, we write "not published". We do not guess, and we do not fill the gap with an average.
The date we checked it
Each price shows the date we last checked it. Our rule is that no price stays on a page more than 30 days without being checked again, and promotions are checked every 14 days. A price we could not confirm is labelled as unconfirmed.
How we get to a yearly cost
The yearly cost is the whole package for a stated business size: the plan itself, then what the job needs on top. For job software that means extra users, card payment fees and add-ons. For an AI receptionist it means included minutes and overage charges. The assumptions sit next to the number, so you can see what it is built on and adjust it in your head for your own business.
"Included" means in the plan price. "Priced extra" means you pay more for it. We show both, with the same visual weight for every vendor.
Promotions
The regular price is always the headline price. A promotion is shown separately, with who qualifies and when it ends, and it comes off the page when it ends.
Corrections
Vendors change prices without notice, and we can be wrong. If you see a number that does not match the vendor's page, send us the link at hello@b2bfees.com. We update the number and the date.
Before you buy, open the vendor's own page. We link it next to every price for that reason.
