Its checkout (read Nov 4, 2026) says nothing is charged today and that calls past 25 forward to your own line unless you choose otherwise in your dashboard. Its pricing page lists US$3 a call after the 25.
We stopped at the card screen, so we did not test Smith.ai calls. Core features on every AI plan include Quality Studio, which lets you test before going live, and 24/7 answering.
What is not in the price
- People plans, per call: booking US$1.50, text and email follow-up US$0.50, recording and transcription US$0.25, a Spanish line US$1 and SMS or Slack transfer alerts US$0.50. Extra transfer destinations are US$15 a month; the plans include 1, 2 and 10.
- Contract and setup: both services are month to month with no setup fee. The AI plans need 30 days' notice to cancel; the people plans bill through the end of the cycle.
- Job software: Smith.ai has integration pages for Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan; the Jobber page marks booking as native and client creation as Zapier. We did not test any integration.
