What this site is
B2B Fees publishes comparisons of business software and services, with the prices and terms we read on each vendor's own pages, dated. It is run by SyncSpark Solutions Inc., #52-150-11820 River Rd., Richmond, BC V6X 1Z7.
Information, not advice
What we publish is general information. It is not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not a promise about what you will pay. Our yearly numbers are estimates built on the assumptions we show beside them, such as the number of invoices and the size of each one. Your own numbers will differ. Check the vendor's current price and terms before you sign.
Prices change
Vendors change prices and terms without telling us. Every price on this site carries the date we read it. We re-check on a schedule, and we correct errors when we find them or when you tell us, with a primary source. We do not guarantee that any page is current at the moment you read it.
Vendors and trademarks
Company, product and plan names on this site belong to their owners. We use them to say which product we mean. Using a name does not mean the owner is connected to us or endorses us, unless a page says so. Where a company may pay us a referral fee, we say so beside the link: how we are paid.
Other sites
We link to other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, prices, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not a recommendation to buy.
What you may do with our content
You may read it, link to it, and quote short parts with a link back to the page. You may not copy pages in bulk, republish our tables or calculators as your own, or collect our data by automated means to build a competing site. Search engines and AI assistants may read the site as our robots file allows.
No warranty and limits on our responsibility
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it is error-free or always available, and SyncSpark Solutions Inc. is not liable for losses that come from relying on it, including a decision to buy or not to buy a product. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
Your messages
If you send us a correction or a question, you give us permission to use it to improve our pages. We will not publish your name or details without asking.

How we handle information about you is in our privacy policy.
Changes and law
