Privacy policy
We keep this short. We collect as little as we can to see which pages help people, we never sell it, and you can say no to analytics.
Who we are
B2B Fees is run by SyncSpark Solutions Inc., #52-150-11820 River Rd., Richmond, BC V6X 1Z7. Questions about privacy go to hello@b2bfees.com. A person reads every message.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you write to hello@b2bfees.com, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you and correct our pages. We do not add you to a mailing list.
- Standard server records. Our host, Vercel, records the address and browser details of every request for security and to keep the site running. We use these records only for that.
- Our own page counts. We count page views, whether a page was read, which vendor button was clicked and in what position, and which answer was picked in our tools. This uses no cookies and stores no IP address. A visit is shown as a code made from your address and browser plus a secret that changes every month, and we delete the old secret after the month ends, so the code cannot be worked out again. We also keep the country the request came from, the kind of device (phone or desktop) and the kind of source (search, social, direct). Search and AI crawlers are counted separately and are not counted as readers. If your browser sends "Do Not Track", we do not count you.
- Analytics, only if you agree. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us see which pages people use and where they get stuck. Google Analytics sets cookies (named like _ga) after you agree. Before that it does not set cookies. Clarity records how a page is used, such as clicks and scrolling, and can show us a replay of a visit with what you type hidden. It loads only after you agree, and it sets cookies (named like _clck and _clsk). We do not use advertising features and we do not use this data to follow you to other sites.
Your choice about analytics
The first time you visit, a short notice asks whether we may use analytics. "No thanks" keeps them off. You can change your mind at any time with Privacy choices in the footer. Where the law asks for it (for example in Canada, under Quebec's Law 25 and the federal PIPEDA), we treat your agreement as required, and we ask everyone the same way.
Links to vendors
Our pages link to the websites of the companies we compare. When you click a "Visit" button you leave B2B Fees and that company's own privacy policy applies. Some companies may pay us if you sign up through a link, and may set their own cookie when you arrive so they know the visit came from us. We say so beside the link. How we are paid.
Who else handles your data
- Vercel Inc. (hosting).
- Neon (the database that holds our own page counts).
- Google LLC (Google Analytics), after you agree.
- Microsoft Corporation (Clarity), after you agree.
These companies work for us under their own terms and may process data in the United States or other countries. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Messages to hello@b2bfees.com: as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of corrections, then deleted on request.
- Our own page counts: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Analytics: for the period set in each tool's own settings, which we keep as short as is useful for us.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw your agreement to analytics at any time. Write to hello@b2bfees.com. We answer within 30 days. Because our own page counts hold no name, email or IP address, we usually cannot find one person's visit in them, and we will say so. If you are in Canada you can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your province's privacy regulator.
Children
This site is for people running a business. It is not meant for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we change the date at the bottom of this page. If we add a tool that collects more, we update this page and the notice before the tool goes live.
