Jobber pricing in 2026: what a 3-person crew really pays

US$9,528 a year: US$2,388 for the Connect (up to 5 users) plan plus US$7,140 in card fees. That is 50 invoices of US$400 a month, paid by card online, billed monthly, as read on Jobber's pricing page on 2026-11-03 (card rate read 2026-10-22).

Core is for one user only. Jobber lists it on the just-you tab and on no larger team tab, so a crew of two or more starts at Connect: US$199 a month for up to 5 users billed monthly, US$149 billed annually. Plus is not listed for one user. For 16 people or more, Jobber shows Plus only, with "Contact Sales" and no price.

Assumes every invoice is US$400, paid by card entered online at 2.9% + 30 cents, no ACH, tips or disputes, QuickBooks and GPS needed, monthly billing. Estimates built from Jobber's published prices (plans read 2026-11-03, card rate read 2026-10-22). Billing annually in advance lowers the software line: Solo US$4,044, 3 users US$8,928, 8 users US$20,598 a year in total.

What moves the number, in order

1. The plan gate

QuickBooks sync, GPS and routing start at the Connect plan, not Core. A solo owner who needs them pays Connect's price (US$99 to US$139 a month, depending on how you pay) instead of Core's (US$29 to US$49). The price page lists Core and Connect separately; the second is the one a working crew ends up on.

2. How you pay for the subscription

PlanBilled annually1-year commitmentMonthly
Core (1 user)US$29US$39US$49
Connect (1 user)US$99US$119US$139
Connect (up to 5 users)US$149US$169US$199
Connect (up to 10 users)US$229US$259US$299
Connect (up to 15 users)US$299US$339US$399

US dollars a month, read on Jobber's pricing page on 2026-11-03. The page lists Core for one user only, and Connect for 1, 5, 10 and 15 people. Extra users cost US$29 a month each. The page lists no price above 15 users.

3. How your customers pay you

Jobber charges 2.9% + 30 cents on a card payment entered online, and 2.7% + 30 cents on Tap to Pay. ACH bank transfers are 1%, but only in the United States. Getting your money the same day costs another 1%. On a crew sending 50 invoices of US$400 a month, the gap between a 2.9% and a 3.1% card rate is about US$480 a year.

Quick answers

How much does Jobber cost a month?

For one user, Core is US$49 a month billed monthly (US$29 billed annually), Connect is US$139 (US$99) and Grow is US$199 (US$149). For 2 to 5 people, Connect is US$199, Grow US$299 and Plus US$499 a month billed monthly. Read on Jobber's pricing page on 2026-10-22.

Does Jobber charge per user?

Not per person. Jobber prices by team-size band: a plan includes up to 5, 10 or 15 users, and an extra user costs US$29 a month. Core is for one user only. Above 15 people Jobber lists no price and asks you to contact sales.

Does Jobber have a free plan?

Jobber lists no free plan. It offers a free trial with no credit card required; our own 14-day trial, started 2026-11-02, asked for no card.

What does Jobber charge on card payments?

2.9% + 30 cents on a card entered online, and 2.7% + 30 cents on Tap to Pay. ACH bank transfers are 1%, in the United States only. For a 3-person crew sending 50 invoices of US$400 a month, card fees come to about US$7,140 a year, more than the plan itself.

Card fees are most of the bill

Card processing is 63% of the yearly cost for a solo operator (US$2,856 of US$4,524), 75% for 3 users (US$7,140 of US$9,528) and 83% for 8 users (US$17,850 of US$21,438), at the volumes above. The plan you pick moves the total by hundreds of dollars; your invoice volume and card mix move it by thousands. If most of your customers pay by ACH or cheque, the picture is different.

What is not in the price

  • Extra users: US$29 a month each.
  • Add-ons: Receptionist US$29 a month, Marketing Suite US$99 a month, Pipeline US$49 a month. A Reviews add-on is listed without a price.
  • Instant payout: 1% on top of the card fee.
  • Canada: billed in US dollars with no Canadian-dollar price, ACH is US only, and Tap to Pay does not support Interac. See the Canada answers on our field service tool.

The terms that matter

  • Jobber can change its prices on 14 days' notice. Its Terms of Service were last updated on 2026-09-22.
  • Annual billing is prepaid. What happens to a 1-year commitment if you cancel early: we did not capture that screen, so ask Jobber before you commit.
  • Jobber's page lists prices before sales tax.
  • We asked Jobber to confirm these figures on 2026-11-03. It replied and points to its pricing page as the source for prices, so every price here is dated to our read of that page. For more than 15 people, Jobber says to contact it for pricing.

Price history

A 40% launch offer that Jobber ran until 2026-10-30 is gone. Today's pricing page says only "Save up to 25% with annual billing" (checked 2026-11-03). Other comparison pages and AI answers may still quote the old offer, and some print prices for plans that no longer exist. This section grows each time the nightly source check sees a change.

  • 2026-11-01: promotion shows "up to 25% with annual billing" only; the 40% offer is no longer shown.
  • 2026-11-02: our nightly source check flagged the pricing page for review after the promotion ended.
  • 2026-11-03: we re-read the whole pricing page. Prices are unchanged, and the page now lists an 11 to 15 people band for Connect (US$399 monthly, US$339 on a 1-year commitment, US$299 billed annually).

What we checked ourselves

On 2026-11-02 we started a 14-day Jobber trial (no card entered, nothing bought) and read the plan page and the add-on screens (how we test). On 2026-11-03 we called Jobber's demo line and re-read its public pricing page in a browser. What we saw:

  • The plan picker, with a team size of just you, 2 to 5 people or 6 to 10, shows Connect at US$139, US$199 and US$299 a month regular price when billed monthly. Those match the public page, so the Connect numbers are confirmed in the app, not only on the website.
  • The app puts the higher plans first: Grow at US$199, US$299 and US$399 for those three team sizes, and Plus at US$499 and US$599 for the larger two. Grow adds job costing, two-way texting and automations; Plus adds Pipeline, Marketing Suite and a Receptionist. Connect is the cheapest plan with QuickBooks sync, but it is not the one the app shows first.
  • A sign-up offer appeared on day one: 20% off a monthly plan for three months, or 13% off annual billing, with a countdown of about two and a half hours, not available to current or former Jobber customers. Its terms say that signing up during the free trial gives up the rest of the trial and charges you automatically, and list Core, Connect and Grow as the eligible plans, although the same screen also shows an offer price on Plus (text only, we have no screenshot of the terms). It is a trial-day offer, not a plan price, so no number on this page uses it.
  • The Payments screen shows no card rates until you start a merchant application, which we stopped short of. The 2.9% + 30 cents rate comes from Jobber's public page.
Jobber Choose your plan screen for 2 to 5 people billed monthly, showing Plus, Grow and Connect with struck-through list prices of US$499, US$299 and US$199 a month and sign-up offer prices below them.
Our trial account, 2026-11-02: "Choose your plan" for 2 to 5 people, billed monthly. The struck-through prices are the list prices; the large green prices are the first-three-months sign-up offer.

Jobber's Receptionist: price and a test call

Receptionist is Jobber's AI phone answering add-on. In the app it is US$29 a month for 30 conversations. The same screen says, "For the average business, Receptionist handles 20 calls/week." That is about 87 calls a month (20 a week over a 52-week year), nearly three times the 30 conversations the plan includes. We have not confirmed whether one call counts as one conversation, and the screens we saw do not show what a conversation over the 30 costs, so we give no overage price.

Jobber Receptionist page: Never miss a client with Receptionist. Now US$29 a month for 30 conversations, with Get Started and Add to Plan buttons and a Try the client experience box.
Our trial account, 2026-11-02: the Receptionist add-on page.

On 2026-11-03 we phoned Jobber's demo line, which runs on Jobber's own sample business (a landscaping company), with a lawn-care request. One call, not a ranking. The agent answered in about a second and took the service address and the job ("weekly lawn mowing and hedge trimming", a quote and the earliest start). It asked whether there were pets on the property, created a Jobber request. The "Thanks for your request!" email, with a link to the client page, arrived about 14 seconds before the call ended. It never asked what service we wanted, because we volunteered it on our second line. Because it is Jobber's own sample business, we could not test price questions or booking against a real price list. Our test call, 2026-11-03; the call lasted 163 seconds.

What we did not capture, so the numbers above rest on Jobber's public pages for these:

  • The checkout up to the payment step, for annual, 1-year and monthly billing.
  • The Payments settings in a Canadian account (ACH unavailable, card 2.9% + 30 cents).
  • The Marketing Suite and Pipeline add-on prices in the app, and the cancellation screen.

Not for you if, and when something else costs less

  • You have more than 15 people: Jobber stops listing prices and asks you to contact sales.
  • You mostly get paid by ACH or cheque: the card-fee share above shrinks, and a cheaper per-user plan elsewhere can win.
  • You are in Canada: only some apps publish Canadian-dollar prices and a Canadian card rate. The tool shows which.
  • Your crew is small and your volume is low: price your own numbers in the field service tool.
