Each price covers 1 to 5 users. Our arithmetic gives 17% off for paying annually (US$275 to US$229), the same as the "Annual SAVE 17%" toggle we saw in the trial. Monthly payment still means a year: the gap is US$552 a year on Standard and US$660 on Pro. In the trial view every plan was a "Contact us" button, not a checkout.

Plan only, on monthly payment with an annual commitment. Card fees are left out because we found no Workiz card rate; a bar with a rate we made up would read as Workiz's price. The 8-user rows are our arithmetic, plan plus 3 extra users at the listed fee; we added no users in the trial, so check how Workiz counts them.

How we know, and what we could not confirm

  1. Nov 2, 2026 · trial account

Standard and Pro prices come from our trial

    • We opened a free trial, no card entered, nothing bought.
    • We read the Billing & Subscription page and changed nothing.
    Details

We entered a plumbing company with 3 to 5 people. We did not try other answers, so we do not know whether another trade or crew size shows another price. Housecall Pro's in-app price differed from its public one, and we think trade and size are why.

Every plan in that view was a "Contact us" button, not a checkout. We have no screenshot of the page that we can publish, only our notes.

  2. Oct 20, 2026 and Nov 2, 2026 · public page

The public page shows "Request pricing"

    • Standard, Pro and Ultimate all say it.
    • Bank transfer and instant payout rates are on Workiz help pages.
    Details

The feature gates are from the pricing page's comparison table, read Oct 20, 2026.

  3. Nov 3, 2026 · our request

We asked Workiz for its prices; no reply yet

    • We wrote on Nov 3 and asked for prices at 3 and 8 users and the card rate.
    • We have no answer yet. A reply with a quote would be added here, as it is.
  • We read the public pricing page: every plan says "Request pricing". We read Workiz's help pages for the payment fees.
  • Our trial's billing page showed Standard and Pro prices and "Talk to us" for Ultimate.
  • We asked Workiz for its prices at 3 and 8 users and its card rate.

Not confirmed: the card rate, the Ultimate price, add-on prices, how a sixth user is counted, whether the trade or crew size changes the price, and what cancelling mid-year costs. A card rate or quote from Workiz would settle most of these.

Quick answers

How much does Workiz cost a month?

Workiz's public pricing page shows no price. In our trial account, read Nov 2, 2026, Standard was US$275 a month on monthly payment with a one-year commitment (US$229 if paid annually) and Pro US$325 (US$270). Ultimate showed "Talk to us". Each price covers 1 to 5 users, as the billing page listed them.

Does Workiz have a free plan or a free trial?

No free plan. Its pricing page offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card, and our sign-up on Nov 2, 2026 asked for no card.

Is there a monthly plan with no commitment?

Not in what we saw. The US$275 and US$325 prices are for monthly payment with an annual commitment, so a year costs US$3,300 and US$3,900. We did not read the cancellation terms.

Does Workiz charge per user?

Each plan covers 1 to 5 users. An extra user was US$55 a month on Standard and US$65 on Pro (US$46 and US$54 paid annually). We added no users, so we do not know of a limit.

What does Workiz charge on card payments?

Workiz's pricing page and our trial's billing page show no card rate. It publishes 1% for bank transfers (ACH). An instant payout costs 1.75% on top of the card fees.
