For the first tier that is US$1,656 a year per technician on the monthly plan and US$1,440 on the annual plan (12 x US$138 and 12 x US$120). The page's table does not say whether a tier price applies to every technician or only to those above the previous tier. On Nov 2, 2026 we did not find these prices on ServiceTitan's Dispatch Pro product page, so treat them as one page's figures, not a quote. The page.

What each plan includes

  1. Pricing page, read Oct 26, 2026

Starter: dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing

    • Its card also lists Pricebook, on Starter and up
  2. Pricing page, read Oct 26, 2026

Essentials adds mobile estimates and payroll management

    • Adds to Starter, per its card
  3. Pricing page, read Oct 26, 2026

The Works adds payroll, reports and Customizable Memberships

    • Adds configurable payroll, advanced reporting, commission tracking
    • Customizable Memberships shows only on this card
    Details

The page shows a feature a plan lacks in grey, and Customizable Memberships is grey on Starter and Essentials. ServiceTitan does not say there that lower plans cannot hold service agreements: ask.

Starter is the first plan with Pricebook, and Customizable Memberships, the feature that holds yearly service agreements, shows only on the The Works card. Which plans hold agreements across apps: software for HVAC.

What the terms say before you sign

  1. Terms of Use, updated Sep 16, 2026, read Nov 2, 2026

The Terms define Field Users; some office seats may be free

    • A Field User does customer jobs, leads an install crew or brings in revenue
    • Dispatchers, schedulers and sales reps are Administrative Users
    • Those "may be included in subscription packages in specified quantities at no additional charge"
    Details

How many are included is not stated in the Terms, and the Terms count any seat with fees on the order form as a paid seat. Ask.

  2. Same Terms

Fewer technicians can mean a higher price

    • Without a Minimum Subscription Level, ServiceTitan "may elect to increase your pricing if your Field User subscription count decreases over time"
    • You must keep at least one active Field User
  3. Same Terms, when no order form says otherwise

Month to month, cancelled by written notice

    • 30 days' written notice to stop a renewal, and 30 days' notice before a price change
    • Fees are non-refundable and in US dollars
    Details

Your order form can say something different, and we have not seen one. Billing is based on the number of subscriptions at the start of the period, without reduction for subscriptions removed during it.

  4. Payments pages, read Nov 2, 2026

The card rate is custom, not posted

    • ServiceTitan says: "We offer competitive, custom pricing for our merchants."
    • Online payments use the keyed-in card rate, with no extra fee

Quoted from ServiceTitan's Terms of Use and its payments help page. A written agreement or order form with ServiceTitan can change them: ask for the order form before you sign.

Where the US$245 to US$500 figure comes from

4 of the 11 pages we read on ServiceTitan's cost print a range of US$245 to US$500 per technician a month, and a fifth prints US$245 as a tier and US$250 to US$500 as its range. None cites a ServiceTitan document; the sources they name are other estimates and user reports. One of them, a Projul article, says: "These numbers come from FSM Advisor and ToolEdUp. ServiceTitan has never confirmed them publicly." It is a third-party estimate. We use it in no calculation.

What to ask the sales rep

  1. What is the price per managed technician a month on Starter, Essentials and The Works, and for what billing term?
  2. Is there a minimum number of technicians or a Minimum Subscription Level?
  3. How many Administrative Users (dispatchers, schedulers) are included at no charge?
  4. What is the implementation and training fee, and what does it cover?
  5. How long is the contract, how does it renew, how much can the price rise, and what does leaving early cost?
  6. What are the card rates online and in person, and is there a monthly payments fee?
  7. What does each Pro product you want cost, such as Dispatch Pro, and does it apply to a new account?
  8. Is the quote in US or Canadian dollars?

Ask for the answers in writing. Then set them beside the posted prices and card rates on the Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan page.

Quick answers

How much does ServiceTitan cost?

ServiceTitan publishes no price for Starter, Essentials or The Works: each says Request Pricing (pricing page read Oct 26, 2026). Its Dispatch Pro add-on does show prices, US$69 to US$138 a month per managed technician on the monthly plan.

Does ServiceTitan charge per technician?

Its pricing page says "Our per-technician pricing is designed to fit your business and goals, at any size." and prints no amount, so we have not confirmed how each plan is billed. Its Terms of Use define Field Users, the people who do customer jobs, and say dispatchers and schedulers are Administrative Users who may be included at no extra charge; the order form sets the fees.

Is there a free ServiceTitan plan?

We found none listed on its pricing page. We have not opened a ServiceTitan account or seen a quote, so we have not seen the product or a real price.

Is Dispatch Pro the price of ServiceTitan?

No. Dispatch Pro is a product you add once you have a ServiceTitan account. Starter, Essentials and The Works have no price to compare it with.

Is ServiceTitan really US$245 to US$500 per technician?

That range is a third-party estimate. ServiceTitan has not confirmed it, and none of the pages we read cites a ServiceTitan quote or document.

Not for you if

  • You have one or two techniciansServiceTitan's referral page describes the shops it wants referred as "at least three technicians, one full-time office employee, and they work in at least one of the industries listed here". That is its referral wording, not a stated minimum for buyers: ask. Apps with posted prices: Jobber, Housecall Pro.
  • You need a price before a sales callThere is none to find. Our field service tool prices the apps that post one for your crew.
  • You are in Canada and need Tap to Pay or cheque captureServiceTitan says Tap to Pay and Pay by Bank are US only and Mobile Check Capture is not available in Canada. It also publishes no Canadian-dollar price.

How we know, and what we could not confirm

  • We read ServiceTitan's pricing page and its Dispatch Pro page.
  • We read its Terms of Use (updated Sep 16, 2026), payments pages and referral page, and counted the third-party pages.
  • We wrote to ServiceTitan to ask it to confirm its prices.
  • No reply yet.

Not confirmed by us: any price for Starter, Essentials or The Works; how each plan is billed (the pricing page says per technician, but gives no amount); whether Dispatch Pro's tier prices apply to every technician; any setup fee; the card rate; the contract in a real order form. We have not opened a ServiceTitan account, seen the product or received a quote, so nothing here comes from a trial.
